Sukie Zines and Making Waves present Tune In Zine Out, the second of our new sober hangout, blending zine culture and music with live DJ sets and inclusive vibes. Join us in Oak Moon Cafe for an alternative to traditional nightlife, offering a unique experience for all, young and young at heart, to enjoy the moment.

Explore a diverse range of zines that cover underrepresented topics, while enjoying music that celebrates women and marginalized voices. For this our second party the b2b duo LoveSmoke will be on spinning duties with more to follow.

Sukie Zines has operated a queer, DIY zine library in Sligo since 2018 and previously organised daytime open days in community spaces, stalls/workshops at Beyond the Pale, Fuinneamh Festival, Limerick Zine Fest and Hunters Moon and were collective-in-residence in The Model in 2024. They have collaborated with local groups such as Sligo Pride, Leitrim Pride & Sligo Centre for Independent Living.

Making Waves started out as an annual DJ Party on International Women's Day 2017 and has morphed into a collective of womxn and underresprestented DJs and selectors in Sligo since 2023.
